We start with a call to understand what you're trying to automate, where things go wrong now, and what success looks like. You get a clear proposal: what I'll build, what it costs, and when it's done.
I build your workflows in n8n, following best practices from the start. Clean structure, sensible naming, and the right tools connected the right way, so it's something you can actually understand.
This is where most builds stop, and mine keep going. I add validation to catch bad data early, AI error handling that warns you in plain language when something fails, and a weekly audit that flags risks before they grow.
You get full documentation, a short walkthrough, and a clear runbook for common issues. No black boxes. You own and understand your automations.
For 30 days after handover, support is included. After that, I'm one message away for fixes or new workflows, but you're not locked into a contract.
